Motorsports Customer Competition Contingency Program
For nearly three decades our sole business has been racing. Racing of all types (see company history page). We have been at the starting line at Pomona with the NHRA, we have stood on the salt at Bonneville, raced the Parker Enduro, and survived the longest night in motorsports at the Baja 2000 Off-Road Race. Consequently, we want to help and encourage our customers who engage in motorsports competition of all types.
To do this we have created our unique "Competition Contingency Program" whereby all that is required is for you to buy a Comp Comm system. It may be two-way radio, intercom, or combination. You may use helmets or headsets, but the only restriction is that you must use only Comp Comm products, no competitive products or equipment may be used in your racing program.
To qualify, simply follow these steps:
- Purchase a communication system from Comp Comm
- Purchase a pair of Comp Comm vinyl stickers, and display them on your race vehicle
(No competing company's stickers may be displayed on the vehicle)
- Sew an embroidered Comp Comm patch onto the driving suit or vest of both the driver and co-driver
- Place first (in class or overall) in any organized, approved (by us) motorsports event. This includes races, timed competition, record runs, and poker runs.
- Send us a photo of the race vehicle showing the stickers and a photo of the driver and co-driver showing the Comp Comm patches along with a copy of the "official" results of the event
- Upon approval by us, we will credit you with $50 to use with us for service or toward the purchase of added equipment. These credits may be accumulated, but cannot be transferred, and must be used only by the original purchaser of the system from Comp Comm.
